Honestly your suspicion about relabeling is fair, it happens all the time around here. I work in industrial procurement and Crateco is one of the few names I can confirm is actually molding locally. Their open top drums come in 50, 120, 150 and 220 litre sizes so you have flexibility depending on your blending batches. The HDPE construction handles the thermal expansion issue much better than whatever thin wall material the cheap imports are using. UN rated too which matters if you ever need to ship product out.
