Interesting list! It’s amazing how Dubai’s skyline keeps evolving. I’m curious, with all these luxury developments, are there any initiatives focusing on green spaces and accessible public areas? Sometimes I feel like I need to practice my dreadhead parkour just to get across the city with all the construction! It would be great to see developers prioritize integrating nature and community spaces into these grand plans.
