  I usually think the comparison should go beyond just checking the price per kg.   Another factor is quality certification and testing. Buyers should check whether the TMT bars comply with relevant BIS standards, particularly IS 1786. It is also useful to understand whether the manufacturer follows consistent quality control throughout the production process.

  The manufacturing technology can also make a difference. Technologies such as controlled water cooling, precise chemical composition and modern rolling processes can influence the strength, ductility and surface characteristics of TMT bars.

  I would also compare the rib pattern and concrete bonding, corrosion resistance, bendability and performance under different environmental conditions. For projects in coastal or humid regions, corrosion resistance may be particularly important.

  Finally, I think the reputation of the manufacturer, availability of different sizes, dealer network, test certificates and after-sales support should also be considered.

  So, rather than simply asking which brand sells the best TMT bars, it may be more useful to compare brands based on quality standards, grade, testing, manufacturing technology, project requirements and long-term performance.
