    How Do You Identify Reliable Book Publishers?

    I’m currently researching different book publishers and wondering how authors determine which ones are truly reliable. Should I focus more on their distribution reach, author support, or past published titles? How important are contracts and royalty terms when comparing book publishers? Are online reviews enough to make a decision, or should I speak directly with authors they’ve worked with? I’d appreciate hearing what factors helped others confidently choose the right publisher.
