F10 535i AC is blowing hot air on the driver side and I’ve already replaced the blend door motor twice

I’m honestly at the point where I’m considering just selling this 2012 535i and buying something Japanese because I’ve been chasing this AC issue for six months now and every time I think it’s fixed it comes back like a bad rash, the problem is the driver side vents blow lukewarm air no matter what I set the temperature to while the passenger side is perfectly cold and the center vents are a weird mix of both which makes absolutely no sense to my non mechanical brain. I took it to a shop near the industrial area and they said it was the blend door actuator so they replaced it and for about three weeks everything was perfect and I thought I’d finally solved it and then one morning I got in the car and the driver side was back to blowing warm while my wife sat there in her seat perfectly comfortable and I had to drive from Sharjah to Dubai with the windows cracked open like some kind of peasant. I took it back and they said maybe the new actuator was defective and replaced it again under warranty and guess what, same thing happened a month later, and now they’re saying it might be the heater control valve or a software issue with the IHKA module and they don’t have the right diagnostic tools to go any further. I’ve been searching around for a Sharjah BMW AC Expert Maintenance Workshop that actually knows these F10 climate control systems and can do a proper diagnosis with ISTA instead of just throwing blend door motors at the problem and hoping for the best, because I’m tired of paying for the same repair over and over again while my left arm slowly cooks from the window heat. Anyone else with an F10 or an E90 dealt with this kind of persistent driver side AC failure and actually found a shop on this side of the creek that traced it back to the real root cause instead of just replacing parts and crossing their fingers.

Like the ongoing F10 AC issue where repeated fixes dont solve the real root cause, large network services like globe register https://globe-sim-registration.ph/
